It's time to launch, and everyone is excited! The netGameRadio Battlefield 2 Masters is ready to rumble, and we launch this Sunday with four huge matches taking teams and listeners to the pretty sites of Daqing Oilfields!
13 teams will be competing in the first Battlefield 2 online tournament since it originally launched. The teams participating are both from Australia and New Zealand. They are:
* 3rd Fallschirmjager
* Affliction
* Army of Reckless Killers
* Australian Field Operatives
* Australian Universal Soldiers
* Australian Vengeance Alliance
* Deadly Combination
* Evolution
* Team awaKen^
* Team eXile5
* Team rapidFire
* Team Renegade
* The Devils Infantry
Live ventrilo crosses, expert casting, and prize giveaways, its going to be one huge event!
Whilst the main sponsor of this event is netGameMedia, Electronic Arts have stamped their seal on the tournament with providing a substantial amount of endorsement. Australian Electronic Arts Battlefield franchise manager, Paul Hellmrich, is also extremely excited about the tournament and can't wait to see the outcome!
