    A Soldiers War Tournament Update

AllShotUp from the A Soldiers War tournament has contacted us today with some new information about the start of Campaign 2, as well as some information about their mod. Take a look:
    A Soldiers War Tournament Announces Campaign 2 Start Date 16 September 2006 – http://www.asoldierswar.com

A Soldiers War announces the start date for Campaign 2. The new Campaign will be kicking off on 16 September. This new Campaign will be using the ASW Tournament .020 Mod which has made numerous changes to game play and has added two more armies to the game.

A Soldiers War is a tournament that encompasses and portrays today's events. Not some battles between adversaries that do not have any direct relation to today's events but adversaries of the real world. Today’s world. Each action within the game will have a direct action or consequence to the outcome for your side.

Our Mod consists of two Armed Force, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Forces and the United Arab Nations Forces (UAN). You the player will be playing battles in the two individual armies that are assigned to each side. The armies are: NATO Regulars / Militia and UAN Regulars / Insurgents. Each group is equipped with different kits, each group has different objectives.

A Soldiers War is the only tournament that takes current events and applies real time strategic analysis to give you a plausible scenario where you, the player determine the outcome. We are also the only tournament that gives you a "real time" satellite feed prior to each battle that includes the SITREPS, OBJECTIVES and ACTUAL SATELLITE PHOTOS of the area that you will be engaging the enemy in.

Our Mod for the tournament also is the only mod we know of in tournament play that you can play all of the BF-2 “vanilla” and our custom maps in Single Player and COOP mode to enhance your practice and skills between battles.
