BTW (By the Way) in case you don't understand, CREATOR means that he is the one that built this site. Please get your FACTS straight before you post next time that goes for anyone and everyone, don't just read the first post than responde read the whole thing. Thank you.

In response to what one MyIS moderator said earlier: I don't think it should be viewed as "immature" or innappropriate to post on GameWizard's new site. People should have every right to go to any forums they want to... it's like choosing Pepsi over Coke. The new site is a new community, and nothing should be done to stop it. GameWizard's new site and TotalBF2 should be able to coexist.

Also, deleting posts on these forums about this whole controversy is childish; this is a community that speaks freely. If people want to encourage and/or attack GameWizard's new site here, let them! Restricting what people say here is only going to get the community angry and encourage people to leave TotalBF2. Likewise, restricting what people say on GameWizard's new site through ban threats will result in the same thing here. I just can't help but ask: who do you think you are, MyIS? I just don't understand how you can extend any kind of authority outside the tiny world of TotalBF2. What I see on the front page of TotalBF2.com is like expelling a student from his school for making fun of some kid on the street.

From what I've read on both websites (and I've gone through everything that hasn't been deleted), it's clear that both sides have made mistakes and/or have acted childish. I wouldn't be suprised if I got banned for this, but I don't really mind. I mean, it's not like I'm fighting for a cause or anything. The whole thing just looks like a bunch of kids fighting in the sandbox. I've just tried to look at the big picture and look at things simply.

Have you even read any of the posts in this topic? .... clearly you didn't ..... we are NOT banning people for going to his site (who do YOU think we are?) we are NOT banning people for what they say elsewhere ..... any bans and/or post deletions we based on teh CoC ....

The childish posts and the ignorant names they are registerting with is jsut dirty and low handed .......

And you've been a member of this communtiy for how long now...A month... Wow you must know everything...

They never said that they said do not go over and spam on FG, also most of the posts that I have seen deleted are from GW's friends who have come here signed up and started spamming the boards.

Then you were not paying attention when this first broke. Many posts that were completely rational were deleted, and several users where banned. Some have since been lifted, but the fact remains they were banned.

People, please do not debate facts you don't have and do not flame anyone. I am sorry but this topic is not about debate it is just telling our community to behave as I had seen some taking actions into their own hands. Please keep this on topic. When the full post of what happen and how then you can have a civil debate.

Correct. When the full post of what happened is released, then we can openly debate about whether that post was truly unbiased, unopininated, completely factual, and contains no falsehoods or unproven theories.

GameWizard is not a hacking fool, he made this website what it is, and came up with the idea of having the whole total network (TotalBF2, TotalQuakeWars, TotalBF2142).

I posted over at FG's site, due to that I felt a little betrayed in that I was registered at a site totally unknown to me up until today, and that my user details from this site had got accessed by an outside source and placed on another server. My posts over at FG were my attempts to get him to remove my account as I didnt want to have anything to do with him or his site. Also a little upset that a past admin of this site was able to gain access to this site (ie, still had his admin privaledges and access). I've been able to remove myself from his site now, and I intend to continue visiting TotalBF2, as its the site that has the most uptodate news on all things Battlefield.

We may not know who is right or wrong at this point but what I do know is that he can't retrieve information such as passwords from your account.

Now, many people are worried about having their information stolen and such, well if my intentions were to steal everyones personal information, why would I want to spend countless hours making discussion boards with new designs, content, and a huge network planned just to steal some lousy passwords which I may add are not retrievable. Don't take my word for it! Even they state that it's practically impossible to crack the passwords. Hell, if with the access I had, would it of just been easier to setup my own script on totalbf2 directly if my intentions were to steal everyones passwords? And what is really stopping MyIS from selling all your personal information either. The point im trying to get across is that no one is out to exploit your personal information.

Even when we do get 'enlightenment' from [MyIS], it's their word against his (GameWizard). How will we ever know for certain what the heck is going on .

You will know who is telling the truth when we get our update posted, once we have everything in the background solved and settled.
