Not stat padding, more like and expoit or maybe some sort of hacking of the ranking system. This is most likely to compensate for very small genitals.

It cannot be stat padding because 360 points per second is like 180 kills/360 teamwork points, they maybe hacked the "Stats Server" or found a massive glitch...
