ohh god....brings me back to the old days....that was such a great game, i would still be playing it now were i not addicted to BF2...

You can make a SC mod without blizzards content , just make it so its not a "copy" of everything. Eg Zerg = Aliens , Protoss = etc....

really, anybody whos played the excellent galactic conquest for 1942 knows how sweet it was, but unfortunately there will not be one for BF2.

and i have a lord of the rings mod for RTW that uses all of the movies weapons, armor etc, but is ACTUALLY NOT ILLEGAL!

it was insane, this legal guy explained about how it is not illegal unless ruled to be by a court, yadda yadda. amazingly you can make these kind of mods for free, unless specifically ruled to be illegal.

yeah ive heard of one, but it doesnt look as good as galactic conquest.

also, its site forum hurts my eyes, its like black with horrible 90s era blue neon letters.

and as i have said before - what would you know? have you played first strike yet? no.

and from their (first strike) screenies it looks as though they are going to completely pwn galactic conquest in the eye candy department.... so unfortunately i cannot understand your reasoning
