Noob Unlock Question

I have been promoted to PFC but can't figure out what key or icon to select to choose a weapon unlock. I assume I only get one character weapon upgrade per promotion. I read previous threads that only discuss the fact that a promotion gains a weapon unlock, but not how to select your choice. Can someone point me to a source or thread that discusses the specific how to. Thanks.

for the first rank u don't get a unlock (i hope there going to use that rank to unlock the new weapons u get after the new patch). u get a unlock for the second rank that's 500 points (not sure the name of the rank).

U get ur first unlock at the rank of lance corporal, which is only at 500 points, so it should only tkae a day or two (less than a day for me, prob different for u).

Thanks for all the quick responses. Should have paid attention to the "Unlock Points: 0" for Private First Class.

I have 2 levels of play, bad and extremely bad, so it will take a while. I blame that on the fact that I am old as dirt, because I was born at a very young age.

Dont worry about the age thing, there are a lot of us over 30 (Im 45). Just give it all you got and youll be alright. Good luck. . . . .Red

Ya, i'm 27, i bet a lot of gamerz at the forum are like 12, but the active forum posters (such as me) are usually like in the 20s-30s.
