Thinking about starting a clan

I'm new here so forgive me if I'm asking in the wrong place place. I just wanted to know who here is interested in starting a clan? I saw a good deal for a ranked server 96 bucks a month for 32 players ranked and I am willing to foot a large chunk of the bill for a clan server.
