Now according to UBAR, once you've hit 250 hours, it should be fairly easy to get this. I got it today. But then in a following round, i should also have got it. I see the top players have at maximum 5, so i'd like to know why. Is it like one for every 250 hours, so i won't get my next till i hit 500, or is it just really randomly awarding it....
