Winner on kills. It turns out there were fewer players when I was able to get on after setting up all of my equipment. The rounds lasted longer but there weren't as many targets. Very close on points too. PM me and let me know how you want your key - PM or Email.

Edit : Oof, looks like two people put 23 and I didn't catch it. Went through the list again to make sure there wasn't a mistake. I'll have to see what I can do to accomodate this goofup.

I don't see why it wouldn't be. If he was truly given the keys legally shouldn't he be able to do what he pleases with them?

Okay, I'll withdraw that comment, but there are laws on how comps are run, and they seem to be very strict.
