I agree with the second poster, one of the auto messages on our poe bf2 ranked server is "Commanders should be commanding! not piloting jets, heli's or armoured vehicles" cpommander should go and hide somewhere and then spend the rest of the round in the commander mode screen and nothing else.

Any commanders I see not doing that I kick on sight, some have come back and given a sad statement like that gnome guy did, sometimes funny.

i have seen alot of commanders sitting in tanks/apc's at the main base too, they are just wasting a vehicle. must be a new trend.

A lot of times on Karkand the commander does need to grab a vehicle as MEC if you have a lot of vehicle whores on your team (the people who camp just south of the Hotel flag and sit there even as flags to the rear and e of river are being capped.)
