I want a voice command and icon for:
"we need an airstrike here sir !", there nothing for requesting support from choppers and aicrafts.

I totally agree. At the moment all we can do is call in the whatever it is and cross our fingers in hope a pilot is paying attention to their map and radio.

Right now the planes are somewhat away from the battle, either doing bombing runs on random flags or dogfighting, occasionally using the UAV or atry as a guide to where they could get some kills.
Having a specific voice command would bring them more into the battle, making things even more crazy than they already are.

If you dont want to be revived, when you are killed keep the spawn screen open (Right click). Cant be revived with that window open.

In my Clan we have specific bombers. We are all on voice coms and point out targets using the Spot feature. It is incredible how useful those fast movers are. If the public made better use of them, they would be the most feared thing on the map.

Yea, i agree, i would love to be able to spot other jets in the air, so i can keep knowing their location.

You can do that with a utility called JoyToKey. When I press and hold a button on my joystick, the comm rose appears, I can move around it with the hat and then press the trigger to activate the message. Meaning that pressing the comm rose button and trigger does the Enemy spotted thing.

Yeah, another good one would be "wait, I'll repair/heal/resupply you."

Perhaps they could replace the billion lines of 'Ammo here!' and 'Need healing' (or whatever they are) with that, that really gets on my nerves and spams the chat area.

I think BF2 is missing two simple radio commands.

1. "Cover me!" I know yelling this doesn't propably get anyone to cover me but anyway the game should have this one.

2. "No problem." I always want to say this when people thank me for giving them ammo/health and typing "np" feels stupid.

besides i always love getting revived...even if my countdown to respawn is at 1..it gives a feeling of a second chance...

Also if you get revived you should immediately jump and start running. Don't just lie there. I revive the same people 10 times before they want to start moving.

It doesnt really bother me, it doesnt count as another death. Just have to wait another few seconds is all.
