How do you make a selectable spawn point?

oK, this has been bothering me for ages. how do you make a selectable spawn aside form the flag. you know how in zatar wetlands you can select the main flag or the airfield whichhas no flag? how do you do one of those for a flags

i think you have to group together the spawnpoints on the airfield and set there number different to the other spawns.
sry this isnt very discriptive but im not in the editor, but its along those lines :/

You can create multiple spawn points in a large base by selecting a spawn point and setting it's group setting to 1 in the tweak bar.

For example the Gulf of Oman uses this on the aircraft carrier, where you can spawn upper deck or lower deck.
