On which HD should i install?

I have my system, windows, drivers and stuff installed on my C drive. Games, music and babes on the D drive.

Will it have any affect on the performance of Battlefield 2 when i install it on the C drive?

I think it'll only make a difference in loading times at startup. I don't believe you'll see a performance difference, unless the C: is all fragmented.

I'd just install it in drive. No significant performance loss at all. I'd just keep away from C: where all the programs are at. That's what I do w/ mine.

Put both your Windows and Games on drives other from the drive the pagefile is on. Also, if you can put the pagefile into its own partition at the front of the drive for quicker access. This will provide a performance boost since the HD wont have to spin or travel as far to find the page file.
