Is there a way to quickly call for cover on the "q" key? Or any other fashion?

How many times have I died going to revive someone in the middle of the street when seeing a few teammates around me and thinking they would offer cover

If I see someone go down and I'm back near some cover...my first thought is to jump out and revive. But now that I've been playing longer I know to hang back and wait. Mostly because you got 15 seconds till the player dies.

Usually the guy who just capped the dude is reloading / hurt and will be vulnerable just after getting the kill. So then I come around the corner when he least expects and finish him off, then I try to revive.

Of course, I do the same and there's 3 rifleman waiting and I get mowed down....depends on the situation. :|:

what do they care? they are just getting mad points by reviving even if they do die with you. I played medic for the first time the other day and was amazed at my scores.

I have no problem with them reviving me in the middle of a battle, so long as my squad is providing cover fire so the medic and myself can haul ass to cover after I come back to life. THAT is how it should be done.

I love it when I kill someone and I see a medic rushing to the dead body

I can't BELIEVE people actually still gets annoyed by medics reviving in a gunfight. You DON'T get an extra deathpoint if a guy happens to kill you again, in fact, if a medic revives you, you don't get a death-point at all. It's to your own advantage only.
                PLEASE PEOPLE TAKE NOTICE!

                Thank you for listening.

Yeah, sometimes it is very bad when medics revive you infront of a tank, but I will never complain about them reviving me, since it keeps me where the action is, yes sometimes it sucks to be killed repeatedly in the same spot, esp. if you have the wrong kit for the situation and all you want to do is die and come back AT. But like I said, I have had some very good medics working with me, that keep my squad on track towards an objective.

                    Thanks to the medics :)

Nobody should die alone. Medics are just very compassionate and willing to sacrifice their own lives and the life of their patients over and over and over again...

yea i hate it when you are down to 1 mag on your gun, you're outta grenade launcher rounds, and you're like sweet i just died, now i can come back with full ammo, and then the medic comes over and revives you...

Exactly! I wish there was a button to not allow the revive...Id rather have stats record my death but then come back with full ammo and kill that tank, etc.

I think I saw somewhere that if you leave your kit selection screen up you cannot be revived.

Handy for situations like the above

Or EA has to include a "Do not revive" sticker on your arm.

Man, i have had a battlefield record wich is just so comic.

                              this is what happens.

I am shotting 2 people down, then a 3rd (sniper) hits me in the head.

exactly 0.5 seconds later 5 medics(i counted them) sprintjumped from all directions on me and resulting in tking each other with revive paddles. I am sure it aint the last time i see that.

PS since when has a army has more medics then soldiers?(soldiers in WOII on D-DAY would have loved this kind of thing)
