i killed these guys, got the points for it, its not a random message bug like ive seen before...

but its kinda interesting..possibly could lead to an easter egg or two?

i haven't had it happen to me, But a clanmate was playing with me last week, and killed someone.

It said 20mm Cannon as the weapon. And i've seen it many more times recently. Never saw it before a week or so ago, now i see it a lot.

thats happened to me a few times too, i will get a message that someone killed me and I'm like in the middle of no where.

i dropped su34 bombs and bailed before they hit. when they did hit and kill enemies, thats what came up.

ive seen peopel die by [CO-AXIAL MG] before...wierd.

well there you go....you werent in the plane at the time, that's probably why.

well co axial MG is the tanks MG thats operated by the driver.. and 20mm is obviously the APC...

but why it would say abrams or type 90, and then name the actual weapon you are killing it with sometimes.. I dont know...

I mean when you kill someone as infantry.. it doesn't say "[assault kit] name" so you'd think it almost should say '20 mm cannon' or 'co axial mg'

maybe they were going to code it so it would count kills for every single weapon in the game, no matter what you use.. like the cannon of a tank, or its co axial machine gun... but maybe there is something wrong with the code with the fact it has to figure out you are killing it with a infantry kit, but also a gun that can be used by any kit?

I wonder if the game sees you as killing with a co axial MG, if you get the credit at all.. since there is no way to count specifically kills with a co axial MG? or if it goes under armor credit?
