there is still a wrong tagging bug

Never had the problem with wrong tagging more since 1.02 , but today a teammate was apearing in red, killed him, then when he ame back at spawn point he was still red.

How is it possible that a big company like EA/dice can not solve something as simple as this??

Because it's very hard to reproduce, we see it alot more as we play 2-5+ hours a night and mabbe see it once a night, now try getting that reproduced in testing conditions is fairly hard therfore hard to track down. I am hoping it will be fixed within the next patch as I have heard rumblings within the EAUK forums regarding it.

Can only hope, worse is when the enemy guy shows as blue with friendly kit on ... you walk past him and he then stabs you in the back with a knife such as I was doing the other night ... I was getting tk'd like mad by my own team but I made it into a enemy CP and started killing

I had it happen to me last night I was in an AA tank and my "opponent" was in a T-90(we were "both" on Chinese side,the map was Fu She Pass, he punished me of course but I think that would be the first time I have had the bug. I suppose I should have suspected something when he didnt fire back.....

I had it last night sat capping a flag. GUy ran right up to me, dropped C4 beside me and then ran off again. Im thinking 'Team mate covering the flag" and then BOOM!!! I was going mental thinking it was a deliberate TK until I looked up and saw that he was on the other team. Guess he was going for his explosives badge, or, he KNEW he had the wrong colour team tag on!!

I've had this happen to me a few times. He was in my vehicle and was red too. I was like wtf? Got out killed him and got a TK. lol

As amazing as DICE's game design is - that's how bad their development/QA teams are.

A better development would have made such bugs impossible. But when bad programing is about - finding those occurences is very hard.

Yesterday I was in the enemies territory trying to cap a flag and they all just stood around me like if I was one of them. Then I realized I must have had a red tag over me. And even as the flag started to come down they never noticed their flag was getting capped by me with a red tag. They even respawned in front of me and still didn't realize. As soon as the flag went neutral, someone noticed and I was killed immediately. I tried to not take too much advantage of the situation. It was very funny tho.

Dont know if its the same thing or just a team mate that was injured, but look at the attached screeny in the bottom left corner where it shows team members in chopper.

i saw that exact same thing in m vehicle i killed the guy and got punished for tk...wtf

One of the first nights I was playing, I got hit by this bug, but in a funny way. I somehow got confused of what side I was on, plus their tags matched, so I ended up using c4 and blowing up my own team's arty/uav/scan, lol.

I wasn't very popular after that.

I never had it EVER happening to me. But now with .02 it does. A lot.

it happens when a person gets switched, i had it about 5 times and everytime i realised i had it i of course ran into the enemy's base and killed everyone ahahah great fun :)

It happened to me once or twice, I try to rely on uniform Identification first (if I'm that close), then name tag ID because of it =\

I had enemies show up as friendly.... till I got shot when I could have had them first.

Like someone else posted... just show friend names and that's it. No name = enemy = shoot

I heard a rumour it has something to do with picking up enermy kits. Must think about that when it happends to me next. This bug happends to me every time I play. Or happends to other players that I kill.
