At 1135 Global Pts but NO promotion?

Well I finally sat down and played like crazy all day today to finally get my global score to 1,000 so I could get my 1st unlocked weapon.

I'm looking at the BFHQ section right now and it says I have Global Score: 1135 . Yet my current rank is still PFC, next rank of LCP and the progress towards next rank is at 100%.

I've read some of the post that say you need to restart the game. When I got my +1000 points in game, they game did NOT tell me anything like "congradulations on your promotion"?

The last round I did get a BASIC ARMOR BADGE and it did tell me "congradulations on your badge".

I have restarted the game, restarted the computer and even UNINSTALLED/REINSTALLED BF2 and still nothing.... :cry: :cry: :cry:

Any help please... I want my unlocked weapon.... :cry:

It may take a while, the stats are kinda screwy right now. Give it time I'm sure it will eventually register and give you your promo.

Ever since they added that authentication to the URL lots of people stats are not updating right away, but most of them are, so its really really weird, i suggest just waiting a day or so and give it time.

Never mind! Just went back to play 1 more round and boom I got the "congradulations you have been promoted!" But like a dumb-butt I quit the game before it was done and none I have to go kill one more person to get the promtions again.
