How do you convert Demo to avi?

Sorry if this has been asnwered. I did search honest.

I can download the demos from our hosts demo directory (rackage set this up for public access).

How do I converrt these so i can watch them on windows or quicktime? Or can I import them so I can watch them in battle recorder in game?

You have to watch them in BR.

Locate them on your computer, download battledirector, follow the instructions, and render.
