I can't seem to get my WASD keys to work in game

I have a Zboard Merc, when I go to controls and press the Corresponding WASD keys for movement it seems that it is accepting it, but when I get into game they do nothing.

neither the keys on the left side nor the main set.

Anyone else have a Zboard merc and been able to make it work ?

Mine is working perfectly in game, no problems at all, have you tried to reinstall the driver?

I haven't installed the Zboard Zengine crap yet. My MERC Stealth is working just fine without it in this game and others.

well I tried uninstalling the Z engine, then when I use the butterfly W it opens my internet browser. Most of the keys on the left side work but the important movement keys do not.

When I load the game, neither set of WASD keys work. Not the left side nor the "normal" set. I have created a new profile, reset keys to default, it doesn't make any difference. :/

I usually use the z engine but have a default keyset, no changes from what it says on the key. Usually works fine for every other game. I can close BC2 load my COD4 and the butterfly keys work fine. I have to say there is something wrong in BC2.

here is the odd part, I went into game decided to make a new profile,

I used my left side movement keys to type my soldiers name wasdeq
I created the account didn't touch the default controls, then loaded a game and the keys did not work....
