It's like the flamethrower, in the SP the guy blows up but not in MP.

Stinks really, it would be great to shoot the flamethrower guy in a room of people and blow the whole place up.

I think, it's maybe to identify dead bodies easier, so you know who's getting killed in what area. Take the heads off of the character models and they're not as instantly recognizable as with their head. That, or too gory. Yet, with the other stuff I've seen :shock:, it'd be funny to stop there. MAYBE, because a full head popping off really isn't realistic. It would more be like in zombie mode where an entire head gets demolished and that would've pushed the mp to the "UT, Painkiller, goofy/over-the-top kills" range.

So no one has done it in MP though, right? I said regular play, so this IS non-zombie mode, but if you think about it, zombie mode originally is an sp bonus right...heads blown off there and in regular sp, but not mp...Hmm...
