does anyone know if/and when halo 3 is coming on pc and does anyone know when microsoft is bringing out a new os for the computer

Halo 3 will never make it to PC, and Microsoft is developing a new OS for release in 2008/09.

I don't think anyone can say 100% that Halo 3 won't come to PC one day, but at this moment, no official announcement has been made for any plans to bring it to PC.

There's no word on if/when we'll Microsoft will confer PC gamers with a PC version of the game.

There is a new OS planned though, and they've been working on it for quite a while now. Windows 7. I look forward to it. It's not going to be as big of an improvement as Vista was, but it should be interesting none the less.

Halo 1 &2 on PC were only moderately successful, buggy as well, and H3 has been out for rather a while now without any signs of a PC version... People still buy the X360 a lot and Halo 3 certainly helps the sales. X360 is owned by Microsoft, Bungie is owned by Microsoft :/

No Bungie is not owned my MS, they split about 1 week after Halo 3 got released.
