I can't snipe for the head. Everytime i pull the trigger, the guy just suddenly move and I miss. Running targets I can only hit upper body, never head. I only go for the head when they are prone or crouched or reviving.

My favorite is the default sniper rifles. Zeller is too pro for me :P

Practice makes perfect. I used to just go for the body shot when they are running but when you are fully zoomed in with the Zeller the head shots become easier (I find anyways) when they are running. You have to lead your target and anticipate his/her path so you can be ready for any sudden changes in direction.

my story came to me today. i was attacking a titan with a zeller. somebody put a mine down next to the entrance by a corridor. i shot the mine, it blew up, and i got 3 kills. right after, somebody came up behind me and i took a random shot at his foot and got another kill

hehe- i just got my first infiltrator pin today!!!!
and i got another 10-kill streak pin....
luckily the infiltrator pin was counted as a valid awards, but the 10-kill pin wasnt counted....
ah well....

mine woule be a sequence kill 3 people all with assault shooting at me 2 headhots and a body shot to boot
with the l0v3ly moretti ofcourse :P

I'm right there with you, man. I like the idea of sniping, but my execution is lousy, LOL. I guess it's okay in the end, though, since my kid makes up for my own slack in that area.

Good skillz. I can't hit anything with that Zeller most of the time. It's like sometimes I'll load in a clip that just shoots air instead of bullets. :|:

LOL you would have thought, but apparently not!

My kid knew at that point that my squad would be double-timing it to get to the flag we were heading to once I'd been killed, and he just started working his way up to the front from the back. So, last guy in the pack goes down, nobody sees it happen, they keep hoofing it... next guy who is now last in the pack goes down, rinse, repeat 3 more times with a brief break to reload, and that's all she wrote.

This wasn't MY snipe, but my kid's. He, myself, and a bunch of my buddies were playing together on Remagen, but he couldn't get on our side. He went sniper and at one point I'm moving my squad in on the flag and got taken out by a rocket or frag. The rest of my squad kept moving and while I'm waiting to respawn I look over at my kid's monitor, he's got my squad in his Zeller's sights.

Boom. Boom. Boom. Reload. Boom. Boom.

My squad is wiped out, he's got an infiltrator pin, and I haven't even spawned back in yet. Jaws were hitting the floor all 'round. LOL

That kid is something else with the sniper rifles. He amazes me.

Sniping pilots out of helicopters is a nice gimmick, but I feel it encourages stupid sniper play. But to snipe the pilot out of the grounded air transports is semi useful if they are keeping it crewed to prevent the spawn from being stolen.

Dtneter tried to get that in Extreme Realism, it SORTA works... You have to hit the cockpit twice in the exact same area for some reason :|: Silly 2142 Engine...

The Zeller should be able to shoot pilots in transports & gunships. That would be highly amusing.
