1.40 vs 1.40_fp

I've seen 2 different patches for 2142 and before I go downloading:
BF2142_Update_1.40 (367mb)
and
BF2142_Update_1.40_fp (367mb)
is there a difference?

BF2142_Update_1.40_fp is 1.40 Final Patch. I would go for FP.
They may be the same size, but the coding could be different.
