do u have bf2 still installed right now?

try this
start > run > "regedit" press ok

then navigate to

HKEY LOCAL MACHINE
Software
Electronic Arts
Ea Games
Battlefield 2
ergc

and then open ergc and on the right hand side look for "(Default)" and double click on that and under Value Data, delete everything in there

type "x9392" without quotes and then w/o any spaces type in ur cd key and then press OK so it looks like "x9392DMG2D29X492" or something like that where the bolded part is your cd key

Hey lol_pl,

Download Regcleaner4.3 from Majorgeeks.com!!!!

Remove BF2 from computer using add/remove programs.
Delete all BF2 Folders (in My Documents or where ever they are hiding..do a search)
Run Regcleaner to delete all registry remains of BF2
(under Tools - Registry Cleanup - Do Them All)
Do a Disk Defrag
Do fresh install of BF2
Update with Full 1.41 patch
You should be all set to go

Right, so i keep getting this message when i try to join a server, i'm typed in the CD-key 100%, I bought the game legit form shop ages ago, Ive never had this problem b4 untill i had to re-install the game, god damn vista!!!

Ive tryed a new CD-key but that didnt work either. I tryed that using the bf2cdkey changer.exe thing, Anyone can find how to change it via the reg keys, that might work.

Or any other suggestions welcomed
