I would recommend playing Project reality lots of team work and strategy involved!

Learn to jump and prone in certain patterns, deviation, etc and you will get better.

Plenty of teamwork on vanilla, just stick to a clan/people you know and away you go.

There are several good guides for this game. To get a good start, I would use the search function here and search for "Guides". I would also search for "secrets". This will give you a good start!
