He acceped your challenge, came into the server. Capped you, took 2 best round scores in his team and had a positive KDR on foot. While you were merely "average" in the first screen.

He won, you lost.

Actually it was on topic because planewhore was flaming and acusing the mass amount of CAL players of using some form of cheat and claiming he was better thhan 99% of all CAL players. I challenged him to show him that he was false in his claims. This thread is about CAL and the players who compete within it's leagues, I don't see why you fail to understand such a simple concept.

But while we're on the topic of challenges, I challenge you to go back to grade school so I don't have the urge to stab you several times every time I'm forced to read your idiotic posts.

PW only represents PW, if he accepts your challenge & he loses, it is no reflection on any 1 but him, you did not start this thread, it is not your thread, & challenging him has nothing to do w/ the thread topic "clearing up some of the misconceptions about CAL", & I probably have twice, your education, as a matter of fact I got straight A's in school this summer in my continuing life long education, & I probably double your income accordingly, so I think it is you who would benefit from some extra formal education

I got to kick Saluca around in the XSF server today. =)

I was pleasantly suprised at how good of an infantry player he is. He certainly gave me a run for my money.

I'd also like to note to the CAL guys, that Serial Butcher is not the representative of all public server players everywhere. Although he'd like to think himself as the end-all be-all person in the world, his reputation is sour for being a blowhard, even among the people here. You get used to his endless references to why he is better than somebody else; but in the end, you'll find comic relief with his endless struggle to save face, among people who've already condemned him.

Think Benny Hill with Crazy Glue, and you get SB.

Anyhow. I'll be pulling the graveyard shift tonight SB, so we'll have to play tommorow at around 9:30pm EST.

Did you pubbers ever played on a good unranked server where clan people come much by.

Because my mates do and it's alot more different then the standaard rankend servers around here.

teamplay, skills and tackticks are much better on those unranked servers.

Why is this thread still open? PW and Elder should duke it out 1v1 and get it over with. I've played vs Elder back in DC days, back then he was one of the best pilots around and a very decent arty whore (not kissing arse, but that's the truth).

Anybody else think he's better than 95% of CAL members should challenge him/them and find out. All this blah blah blah is useless.

For a guy who just signed up to TBF2 to "stand up for CALs reputation", you are doing an awful job. Youre like a one legged buttpirate trying to make a stand. Jesus, youre a fvcking joke... Now go back to CAL forums to tell everyone how hard you pwn at forums now.

While fighting over the internet is cheap fun with no real consequence, you have to remember that the stakes are low here because arguments dont cost sh!t, and nobody has anything to lose.

This transfers back to how "competitive players" think they are THE sh!t if they put themselves into comparision to a simple sunday-fragger. Bottomline, the fact that youre talking down onto the same players you play against, the kind of player you were, and think that this attitude is worth anything, is just as pathetic as people who think that their BF2 rank means anything.

Summary, this smells like irony.

Youre a good player, youre a good pilot, limit yourself to that. If you will put cyber-ranks onto your shoulders with purple CAL insignia, youre just as pathetic as a BF2 general proud of his cyber-rank.

The only thing comical in this entire thread is Elder talking down to a pilot who shot him down about 6 times in air to air combat and destroyed him another 4 or 5 times while he was on the carrier or in the Essex gun as iicing on the bitchslap cake. No actually that's funny but what's really funny is only NOW in the dumbed down 1.4 patch does Elder want a rematch.
