Basically, you don't ever hold anything. It's all press/release.

If you are prone, just tap ctrl and let go right away, and you will be standing.

To go back and forth at ANY speed, just hit ctrl / z / ctrl / z / ctrl / z / ctrl / z ....... etc.

Don't press and hold anything though. Just tap.

Use your crouch key to get up. It doesn't have the lag the prone key does when you use it to get up (when I use z to get up occaisionally I get stuck if I try to move too fast and turn back into prone, wth).

Its a bug, exploit. And maybe you havent been out for it, but if you play with "good" players youll realize its all about "pronespamming". Imagine ghosts shooting at you, they kill you but you see nothing of them.

That is uber-retarded....What will you want next in the game, instead of shooting one another the soldiers will start throwing flowers and kisses? You need to play some Legend of Zelda and stop with this talk immediately.:laugh:
