I`m surprised people are acually believing this award change.
If they were gonna change thoose awards, they would have done so with the last update when they adjusted the medals for time in service.
No need to wait for a patch for this

these awards are awarded in game soim sure they have to change some code to allow these changes so there fore it will be in the next patch

Umm no not really. EA apprently did not realize it was a prollem then. So why would they change something if it wasnt a prollem in the first place?

Also for people who think this is false. Note that on the official patch change list it said "adjusted award requirments". Maybe that didnt just mean time in service medals.

I am not the original source for the information however I am the original poster of the information at bf2s.com the reason why nobody can answer a question about these being true or false is because they decided to rehash the info I posted at bf2s.com

If you feel any of the data is false this was taken from an early version of the 1.3 patch used to beta test armored fury

The patch has most likely gotten a few revisions and half of the information I quoted apparently is missing as well.

Where I got the information from you probably are asking yourselves is another question. And quite frankly its none of your business, and I most likely will never share anything else with the bf2 community before hand because my source as well as the others who knew about these changes from bf2rankedservers.com have been cut off from any further information regarding Armored Fury or 1.3 thanks to some stupid idiot from the UK who was a beta tester who linked to data strait off of EA's website on his homepage breaking his privacy agreement.

So in a round about way thanks to him sharring the information that EA was trying to keep a secret I felt there was no reason to keep the cat in the bag. Hence my post at bf2s.com!

I most likely will not return to this thread to answer any further questions as well.

Argh! Why do they have to change the IAR's, I'm just fine with them, it's the global things I hate.

I worked my ass off to get those 18 kills of knifes, now some peep who just manages to get 1 knife a round for a period of time gets it...

Really, I feel like mine, though I don't have my pistol yet (200 kills short), is my Red Badge of Courage. Those that worked hard to get it are getting kissed off. They need to have another tier call 'God Knife Badge.' Jeeze, everyone needs to start whining for the next 6 months and we will get it put back, or get another 'higher' ribbon.

Just change the time requirements. I am happy with the Ordinance being real high, it is further out of reach since the pie-toss/5 claymore days, but still, that is what makes you an EXPERT

Yeah I really think this thread should be locked until there's an official statement. People are freaking out over total speculation.
