Why can't I get my 2nd sniper unlock (the L96A1)?

Do I need to have unlocked all the 1st tier unlocks for all the other classes first?

Do I need to be an expert sniper first?

Have you got Euro Forces or Special Forces?
If not find someone you trust who has it and get them to log onto your account. then you should be able to get it..... i think

you need the m95 unlocked, and you need a copy of SF, not EF, SF

oh and i think you need to be a certain rank before you can unlock tier 2 weapons

I've got Euro forces, not SF, I have the M95 unlocked, and I'm a Staff Seargent.

i think its the next rank for tier 2 and you need someone to play special forces on your account

you must own special forces and must have unlocked the m95.

Yes, the L9 counts as an SF unlock as does the P90
