Need serious help, Bass speakers gone loopy!

Basically a while ago i bought a 5.1 X540 logitech speaker system and they were fine, never had any problems until i updated to Vista 64. Now, every time i move the mouse or really do anything the bass speaker decides to thump! This doesnt happen on occasion and even if you leave the PC in idle the bass speaker continues a thumping constant beat.

Its driving me nuts and any help would be very much appreciated, Thanks.

I had the same kind of problems with my x530. Are you using a sound card or onboard sound. Mine went away when i put my sound card back in after creative came out with some drivers for vista.

Make sure u have installed drivers rather than relying on the ones vista puts on
