I'm thinking of going into watercooling for my computer. This desert air is killing my computer. It was 97 degrees today, and my game crashed several times. I have two 120mm fans and a massive heatsink, but its still not enough. Here's my question: Does anyone know any good watercooling systems? I have absolutely no idea about watercooling, but maybe one of you guys do.

What problems are you having with your pc? Overheating may not be the problem. Try this program it will tell you the temp your pc is running its free.

I know its the heat. Whenever I get back on and check the temperatures, they are in the high 110-120's. Like I said, I live in the desert, and the ambient air was one-hundred yesterday, and as soon as summer kicks in, its only going to be hotter.Comment

If you want to watercool your PC, the possibilities are endless. Custom watercooling is expensive, and out-of-the-box watercooling kits arent all what theyre hyped up to be sometimes so look at reviews. If you overclock your PC or not, watercooling definitely keeps temperatures to a controllable minimum. If you have a limited budget, then get yourself a rig big enough to watercool just the processor and video card because they put off the majority of the heat inside your PC case. Cooling those components will increase performance by decreasing the temp. in the case and cutting down on possible latency issues due to overheating. Most ppl who talk sh!t about watercooling wouldnt know the first thing to watercooling a PC, and think that it's for rich kids who wanna show off, but its not. The waterblocks and fluid dissapate more heat and dissapate the heat more evenly than a standard heatsink and fan can. It is more efficient, and alot more quiet than half a dozen fans whizzing away in your case. Heres a few sites to get you started, good luck.

Uh, buy some air conditioning instead, if it's overheating because you live in the desert, that means your ambient temperatures are too high (duh...) and no amount of water cooling will properly solve that. Well, unless you turn your house into a fridge...Comment
