A new trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade reveals that the title will be exclusive to the PlayStation 5 for at least six months.

This was revealed via a brief graphic that showed up at the end of the "Final Trailer" (seen below) for Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade. The trailer also shows off some more footage from the game and some of the expanded story that will be featured in the release. Specifically, we again get a decent look at Yuffie's new chapter as she takes on bosses and has new encounters.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade will retail for $69.99 (USD) or as a Digital Deluxe Edition release for $89.99. If you are upgrading from the PS4 version of the game to the PS5 version, you can get Yuffie's new episode, FF7R Episode INTERmission, for $19.99 (USD) starting on June 10, 2021.

The new footage showcases the impressive PS5™ graphics for FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE INTERGRADE and new content from FF7R EPISODE INTERmission, which follows Yuffie Kisaragi and her partner Sonon Kusakabe, on a dangerous mission to infiltrate Midgar and steal the Shinra Electric Power Company’s most powerful materia.

In FF7R EPISODE INTERmission, players will fight as Yuffie, alongside Sonon, as they use fast and furious attacks to team up in all-new exciting battles against Shinra’s Director of Advanced Weaponry Division, Scarlet, and Nero, a member of the elite unit within Deepground known as the Tsviets. A new Summon Materia to call upon Ramuh, the fabled Lord of Levin also newly appears. And finally, the trailer showcases gameplay of Fort Condor, a new tactical mini-game playable in FF7R EPISODE INTERmission.
