What is 980,000ft2, or roughly 50 football fields in size? Well, it's the new office space for Epic Games. It also just happens to be a former mall called the Cary Towne Center. Covering an area of 87 acres, this location will be renovated to become Epic's new office location in 2024.
This new location is found in Cary, North Carolina. It will include both office building space for Epic employees in addition to recreational spaces. Development of the new headquarters will begin this year. Until it's finished in 2024, the company will continue at its current location at Crossroads Boulevard.
The town of Cary, NC is also happy to have Epic Games sticking around.
