Expect more first-party Sony titles to show up on PC.
Horizon Zero Dawn PC

The Sony Corporate Report 2020 states that the company wants to bring even more first-party titles to the PC platform in the future. This is obviously in addition to other former PlayStation 4 exclusives that have made their way to the PC, including Horizon Zero Dawn. You could also include Death Stranding into the mix if you really want, but that one was a third party title from the very start. It just so happened to be exclusive to the PlayStation platform.

Sony seems to want to tap into an audience that is already established and one that is growing. They also want to tap into a market that is probably going to stay on their platform of choice and not, for example, purchase a console like the PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5. That is to say: The PC market.

SIE aims to achieve robust revenue growth by accelerating the virtuous cycle that has been established for the PlayStation Platform. This entails increasing active users and play time, enhancing network services and reinforcing content IP so that consumers select PlayStation as their platform of choice. Targeted outcomes include growth in active users, stronger retention and a shorter cash conversion cycle, from which expanded cash flow can be expected. We will explore expanding our first-party titles to the PC platform, in order to promote further growth in our profitability.
Will we see God of War appearing on PC? Well, it's more likely than ever at this point in time. However, it is important to keep in mind that no actual titles have been promised by Sony just yet.
