The action-RPG sequel launches next Tuesday.

Come Tuesday, September 24, The Surge 2 will be released. Over the past few months, we have seen a number of trailers released for the game showing off a number of different aspects. We saw a bit about the game's refined combat system. We have seen some of the environments you will get to explore. We have also seen some of the gear you will be able to earn during your journey.

Today, with the game being less than a week away from release, we get an launch trailer that provides and overview of everything.

Pre-orders are still available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. All pre-orders come with the URBN Gear Pack that includes two armor sets, two weapons, and other cosmetics and equipment.

The Surge 2 is a move fully realized sequel to a sci-fi action-RPG. It's still sci-fi, still full of action, and actually offers more in the RPG department this go around. There is a character creator this time, more refined melee combat, and deeper character progression and customization. It's still a challenging game, as you probably expected, so at least that hasn't changed.
