Resident Evil 2 remake

Capcom announced a limited time "1-Shot Demo" for Resident Evil 2. This demo will be made available January 11 through January 31. During this time, interested players will be able to download and play this demo on the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

And now, the catch. It's not called the "1-Shot Demo" without reason. Capcom has decided to give players just one 30 minutes to survive the demo. If you die before the 30 minutes are up, you can attempt to go again with whatever time you have left. If you beat the demo within 30 minutes, you can play again until the 30 minute limit is hit. I'm not sure how they're going to prevent players from breaking the time limit though, especially on PC. Those who manage to complete the demo within the 30 minute limit will be treated to a new cinematic trailer.

Given that this demo is going to be made available on all platforms, I'm assuming the new trailer is going to get recorded and uploaded to the Internet shortly after release. In short: Don't worry too much if you fail to beat the demo.

In the “1-Shot demo,” players step into the boots of rookie police officer Leon S. Kennedy as he arrives at Raccoon City Police Station in the ultimate worst first day on the job. Leon must survive vicious zombies and solve puzzles to find safe passage out of the station. With an entire building of flesh-eating nightmares lurking between Leon and his escape while the clock ticks down, players need to be sure they’re killing more than just time.
The screenshots included below are from back in December. I don't think I posted them before, but if I did it sure can't hurt to post them again. As we mentioned previously, Resident Evil 2 will be released on January 25 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
