Micro Machines World Series was announced today by Codemasters. The new title will race and blast its way onto the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC platforms this April. From the sounds of it, the game will include both local (up to four players) and online multiplayer for up to 12 players. It will also feature some Hasbro brands such as Hungry Hungry Hippos, G.I. Joe, Ouija, and NERF.
Regardless of the design decisions they make i'm hoping this isn't some kind of throw away game made to sell toys or something, with Hasbro attached and the presentation of the trailer it has that kind of feel about it already.
The most fun i have in arcade racing games these days is kart racing, or Wipeout inspired indie games like Redout or GRIP.
