Not installing everthing?

My bf2 stopped working after the newest patch, so i uninstalled and reinstalled everything. But now, after installing, there are random spaces where a file would go. Please offer insight

I don't have anything in my folder in the gaps you have, except between mscvr71d.dll and PCRegExp.dll, which after I patched all I got was the patch error log between them.

Sorry I can't help... with anything really.
