Scort - If there was an ass hole medal, I'll be the first to give it to you.
First Person Shooting + Music = DO NOT ****ING MATCH.
BF2 wasn't even designed to have musics in them for a reasons, I won't say why because you moron won't even listen.
Also, you're playing as a U.S Marines, not some lazy fat ass football watching dupe or MTV loving ****. I'm probably sure that a Modern Marines wouldn't go around tuning on some stations while driving into an enemy territories unless they're on a breaks because they're suppose to have a high alertness. Also I don't give a fkin shyt if BF2 isn't suppose to be simulator, but I won't let you make the Marines look like some ghetto ass loser.
Maybe you should make your own MOD, where there's a boombox, a lightsaber, a poster of some rap stars on your tank.
Hey where did you buy your "I never played Battlefield Vietnam and are a total n00b" T-shirt? Cause in case you didn't know, that function was in the game, was implemented well, and enjoyed by many. I'd imagine its not in BF2 because they have enough problems just getting the basic game to run without any extra features.Originally Posted by KatieWolf
And look at the poll results, you are in a minority.
We should be able to watch movies in-game as well.

However my cousin does listen to his iPod doin just about everything over there so it is a tasteful reality to the modern battlefield in a way.
Someone should make a mod adding the radio to BF2. Servers can add it and it will be added so you can listen to music on foot or in a jet/ jeeps/ tank etc. You add your own songs to the folder and they come up the same way the "requests to squads and commander" work. Instead of saying "roger that" it will say " One shot kill by: rockhard" and will start to play the song. It won't remove the Roger that it will add a entirly new button with it's own selection. I say call it Ipwn.
I think it would be great if there were a couple different streams that could be sent over the web from the server. Kinda like having an option for the server admin to pre-pick 5 streams from internet radio sites, and it is not sent through the server, but is requested from the client and that is what connect to the radio, not the server...hmm, not sure if that makes sense.
Opps did not read the whole thread.
RocketChild, please don't dig up dead threads, some of the best threads are now gone.
I said yes, but it should be for 2142 maybe.. and it shouldnt be played to everyone, just yourself.
BFV was a perfect time period to have this feature.. since the game was mainly with all that sort of music anyways.. it worked out
