That's odd; I was on that page a few minutes ago. An EA Rep had acknowledged that this was the official patch. Maybe their server got overloaded.

It worked for me and still does but your quote of it doesn't.

This is a copy of what the EA community manager there said:
The patch is legitimate, however it is not scheduled for release until tomorrow, so there's a high probability you won't find many/any servers to play on until then.

Yeah i know it has been but it has gotten alot worse....its was the talk of a server.
