I think of forgive as punish and punish as forgive.

On Gulf of Oman yesterday I was taking off in a jet on the USMC Aircraft Carrier when a BH decided to take off - straight across my path..... nice going... so we all died and the game in its wisdom decided to give me the responsibility for the TK's ????

If that wasn't bad enough both heli pilots had punished me within seconds... cheers morons... Before I've even started I'm strapped to the bottom of the table with a huge negative score.... GAY !!!!

I never punish unless it is intentional TK. Even in situation when TK is really at the edge of being intentional I tend to forgive. Couple days ago I am playing with my team mate in attack chopper, we managed to clear base from enemy soldiers and one of our guys joined us on the ground, we are starting to take flag and our artillery drops on our position killing both of us. We didn't punish simply because commander was doing good job until then and probably he didn't realized that we are capturing the flag.

I really don't like kids who will punish you for bugs in the game. One time it was very good battle - two enemy choppers and two enemy planes against one of our planes and one chopper. I fired stingers to one of enemy choppers and as it happens stingers happily went after our plane and kill it. I was punished like nanosecond after from both of pilots. Didn't even have time to say SORRY.

I punish when justified - if it's clear they didn't mean to kill me I don't punish (Artillery, Nades). But if some **** punishes me for an unintentional TK - lets just say I seek him out.

Looks like you should have given the definition of a Punish Monkey considering some of the replies. AFAIAA, it's someone who always punishes no matter what the circumstances.

I too would like forgive as the default action as well. I've ended up punishing people simply because it's a tough firefight and I didn't noticed I was just TKed :/.
