looks like the 9600GT is about the same as the 8800GS in most cases, and sometimes even better, and the 8800GS isn't too far behind the 8800GT. seems like good news?

i honestly don't know what the price would be... i'm thinking like MAYBE $200 - 300?
that new 3870X2 is like $450 so I'm basing the estimate on that
theyre probably going to slash the price on the 8x00 series just cause of that

i think slightly better than an 88gt with specs higher clocks mebeh and higher number of stream processor.

W0w thnx trevortt for laying that out, the fact that its a nine series it shouldent be bad guys it should be the best mid range card around and its packing as trevortt posted 1gig of GDDR4!! now thats awesome for a mid range card!and the price 200GBP aint that bad for a next gen card!
