I must say...you guys seem really organized! You don't have this often even before a game release.

We have a slight advantage in that we've been around the block a few times and learned our lessons the hard way

We've found that a lot of dissatisfaction in a clan environment stems from lack of organization, clear, realistic goals and effective communication - it doesn't take too much extra time to put forth such effort - plus we're really excited about this title
