Hello gents,

Searched and did not find. only been gaming on a pc now for about 6 months, still green...currently accorging to the /cg_drawfps 1 on my screen I am running 91 fps max and it does fluctuate some when I am moving, jumping, shooting, etc. I have taken some advice on improving gameplay/fps using this advice...

But I would like to collect an average fps & to do so I hear I need to Run a timedemo. can someone please explain in great detail how to do this accuratley.
Also If anyone has any GOOD advice on improving gameplay it would be appreciated greatley...please no hack,overclocking, pb kickable advice, I want to play fair and not trash my pc...my rig below, all drivers current, fresh o/s install, utilities tweaked by advice of http://tweakhound.com/ (moderatley)
