Read the post, it's the first time I heard the term cartillery. The original term referred to the commander dropping a vehicle (w/o hacks) as a weapon. Before they patched it, you could drop a vehicle anywhere on the map. The common use was for squashing snipers, also highly effective on airfields/helo spawns. IIRC, you could also take out enemy artillery with cartillery.
EDIT: Lamri35UK should get credit for the term.
um yeah
cartillary= dropping a jeep/humvee on something or someone to do damage to it
Jihad Jeep = an expression that has been around for at least 2 years for people who C4 their fast vehicle and crash it into heavy armor, to blow it up. Jihad as they usually killed themselves in the process. Occasionally you would get a jihad driver who would jump out of their vehicle and let it coast into the armor, then detonate the C4/jeep and survive the trip.
Can't believe you people haven't heard the expression Jihad Jeep till now.

Heh, I still remember the original "Jihad Jeep" in 1942 (though it really wasn't called that) with the ghetto dynamite which would drag around 10 feel behind your jeep because of awesome 1942 physics.
Personally, I never liked the jihad jeep tactic, but I accepted that it is legit and I do my best to make sure it doesn't catch me.
Some members of the BF2 community (me included) lovingly refer to that as "Jihad Jeeping." It's even better on BF2SF with the Insurgents being a playable faction and having everyday vehicles like ATVs and pickup trucks.
EDIT: I didn't see a second page, seems someone beat me to the Jihading. Oh well, I still love it <3
