IS there such thing as a class IV gun license?

what weapons can u buy with one?

i herd u can buy rpgs n stuff but say the prez comes to town u have to be under police supervision ect. anyone know?

there is a way civilians can purchase things called destructive devices. these include anti material rifles 20-37mm, grenade launchers (flares,smoke and incindiary rounds) and rocket launchers that fire training or dummy rounds. im pretty sure that these fall under the AoW category of the Class III weapons. someone correct me if im wrong.
