AGP is good, but ill be upgrading in a few weeks so there is more possibility for upgrades in the future.
AGP for me...
AGP, PCI Express is relatively new, majority of the people is still on AGP...
I do, need to upgrade the motherboard so badly...
no but i just sold my old x1300 pro to somebody who still did and he was desparate
That would be a big NO little buddy! (for me anyways)
well, im a poor bloke, cant get out of the agp era.
nice to see im not the only 1 around too.![]()
I currently own the last AGP card I'll ever have... my next motherboard is going to have both so I wont be forced to upgrade but will have the option.
I bought a new comp about 2 years ago because my old one fried the week before finals. I was in a big panic. I had a nice GeForce 4 AGP card on that comp. I went to buy the new comp and the guy explained the video card slot was PCI-Express. I was like "Wtf is PCI-Express?" Sure enough, I brought the computer home and was utterly confused. A little research, and $250 later, I had a new PCI-E video card, and sold the old one for $100. I can't say I notice a difference, but probably because I'm using a mid-range 6600GT.
do they still sell motherboards with both?Originally Posted by Consultant01
