mmm...You retain everything period, including ranks, medals, and ribbons.

Your stats are uploaded to the server IIRC real-time, so if you're kicked or lag out, your information is still logged there and eventually uploaded at the end of the round. I've gotten many badges and awards after being kicked or lagging out.

No, you get the decision of the team that you were on. If you were on the team then ends up winning when you get kicked, you get a win. Getting kicked/disconnected does nothing to your stats, you still get everything you racked up. Even if you spawn in once and leave, you still get a win or loss depending on the team you were on. The only way you lose stats is if the server resets before the game is over.
