Yeah, that one just takes time, so you'll get it almost no matter what you do (as long as you play PLA). Like Zefram said, just keep playing and you'll get it. Mine showed up in my BFHQ without showing up in-game so keep that in mind too.

you need a min of 1 min on each map and so many hours total (forget how many) of those maps
