      UPDATE: It seems as though the video has just been taken down. No, it wasn't taken down due to a request by EA, but rather the user himself took it down. This all seems highly suspect of something fishy going on, but EA's official stance is that it's a legitimate leak.

      Original: So, there's a video out on the web today that was taken of the tutorial for the upcoming SimCity reboot. The user is apparently breaking NDA's left and right by putting this footage up, yet here it is.


      Surprisingly, this NDA breaking, leaked video has not yet been taken down by EA, leading most everyone to believe this is merely a bit of viral marketing. Let's also consider some of the following, shall we? It's beautifully shot in 1080p format. The video description is keen on telling viewers that this is only beta footage and that it's subject to change, not something normally done by people leaking footage. Finally, the video description also includes a link to pre-order the game. Again this isn't something normally done by those leaking footage.

      But hey, check out that new video of the latest SimCity!

      SimCity is slated for release on Origin in early March. There is something about a beta starting this month, and it is entirely possible that it has started already. Who knows? I don't. Do you? Let us know if you know in the comments below.
